Eu procurei milhões de opções de conseguir a lista dos id para colocar as logos no jogo, mas não encontrava e nem na internet encontrei. Eu consegui através do FM Genie Scout 23, abri uma partida aleatória e busque os clubes, não coloquei filtro e dessa forma consegui. 

Agora eu estou precisando um jeito rápido de colocar os times em uma divisão através de um .txt ou um .xml, fazer com o editor um por um os times demora muito e o xml exportado do editor dá ids aleatórias. Se alguém puder me ajudar com isso.

You should be able to use the Editor here to do that. Create the Csv with the right info (including the current IDs), add it to the Input file, and tick the right boxes in the editor to create the xml. 

Then you can import the xml into the pre-game editor.
