What should i be looking for in a staff member to set and plan out training?

People Management

How well the member of staff can deal with those around them, and particularly below them. This is a mental aspect; a high attribute indicates a coach who can organise and keeping people happy, with special regard to interaction, morale, coach reports and backroom advice, as well as scheduling appropriate rest periods during training.

Motivating

The mental ability of a coach to motivate their players. This has an impact in player interactions, team meetings, team talks and training.

Note: If you decide that you are gonna delegate training to background staff, have in mind that the X person will assign training schedules according to his preferred tactical style (eg. Wing Play).

Hmm good question, i dont know the exact attributes that would apply directly to the training set up, but i do like Man Management, motivating and tactical knowledge, thats my 3 favourite attributes in my assistant who i always leave to do my training.

You would think this would be defined somewhere.

Best would be an assistant coach that favor your same play style and tactical formation as well as having good people management 

I doubt you need motivation as that is more for the actual coach

honestly speaking ai use the pre-set and the present are tactic based so you want to make sure he use the same tactic as you want to use that’s mostly about it
