How do edit the disciplinary rules of a league/nation?

Dear all,

I am working on a Scandinavian super league with teams from DEN, SWE, NOR and FIN, which is based in Sweden (btw if you know anyone who has successfully done it yet, please let me know). I used the 'add nation rules' option.

One of the stumbling blocks I'm still facing is that I cannot find how to edit the disciplinary rules for the leagues, resulting in bans applying for the 2nd yellow card and another 1 match ban after every further yellow card. I would like to set this to a more common value, but I cannot find the option in the editor anywhere.

Can anyone point me to this option? Cheers :-)
