For example, coaching badge courses (this is available in job interviews, but not in contract renewals). Be more creative please and add more interesting stuff, such as adding staff, improving facilities, getting new sponsors, etc. etc.. Thanks. PS: how about severance pay (if I'm sacked early), board voting (realistic in tiny clubs), etc?... Please be creative...
