I've raised this issue for years and the Danish researcher promised to fix it, yet I still get newgens called "Jan", "Bo", "Ole" and "Torben", names that no kids has been named the last 5 years. Super annoying. Why is it impossible for the head of data from Denmark to update? It's game ruining to watch your new star newgen with a name that is in no way realistic of him getting. Enzu225 Posted August 23, 2023 Share Posted August 23, 2023 If those names appear on newgens, then there are currently real Danish players with those names in the database. I do not think there is a separate name file for the Danish newgen names as it is a minor nation to SI unlike major nations such as England and Spain, so only the database is used to generate the player names, however I could be wrong.
