Am I missing something with scouting?

Hi all,

I'm managing in the Irish 1st division and have a scouting budget of 3.9k. I have selected a scouting package that costs 3.6k total, 300 p/m. However, it seems to just get drained in the space of a few months? The package covers scouting players in our division, and the only recruitment focus I set up is one for our division, so I'm not sure where all the excess cost is coming from.

Any pointers would be appreciated

Go to your shortlist and untick the option to keep the shortlist updated that’s probably how the money is going because your scouts will scout those players individually to keep the reports updated.

you can also disable the package when you don’t need it

Ahhh that definitely sounds like that'll be it, no wonder I keep seeing my shortlisted players pop up. Thanks mate!
