New contract responsibility configuration when director of football negotiates player contracts

I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the staff responsibility screen that sets conditions in contracts to remove or add when allowing another staff member to negotiate player contracts on your behalf.

It would be good to have the ability to tell the staff member to not allow "yearly wage rises" when deals are negotiated or to add specific or remove release clauses and bonuses, similar to what we have for the offer out for transfer and loan.
