Discuss my Training schedule template

I've made a customizable training template which tries to cover all bases. The idea is to have one of the schedules from each category in each slot. It has three free slots for Rest, which will make players happy. With a happy squad, extra sessions can be scheduled in these slots. I wasn't sure whether to include Transition as its own category, or whether to put it in with one of the others.

Thats a genius idea! Thanks for creating it, it looks very neat and a good guide! What do you think of my schedules? Do lots of orange bars mean better training and more improvement as long as they remain fit for match?

I am using this schedule during the pre-season (while playing Euro Cup 2 Qualifiers)
