Graphics Issues

Hi, apologies if this isn't the correct place for this, please redirect me if so. 

 

I'm having some weird issues with custom graphics for FM23. So I have downloaded the DF11 player face megapack and all the pictures show...except those which are in the default game. Example being Jordan Gabriel for Blackpool, he has a picture by default and even though he is assigned a picture in the DF11 pack it still shows his default picture. Any idea how to sort this?

 

Similar (ish) issue with kits, I've downloaded SS22/23 (I think they're called) kits for England and the Prem kits aren't working at all in that the ones which come with the default game are still showing but the ones (e.g. Forest) which don't have a default kit are just blank. 

 

It's like the default graphics are somehow blocking any custom graphics from working properly. Am I being a bit thick here or is this an issue anyone else has encountered?

have you changed your preferences to clear the cache, and reload your skin?

Yep, tried manually clearing the cache several times too

I don't see a button for this? See attached - when I search "custom" I only see "override custom panels" which I have tried ticked and unticked but that doesn't make a difference

Okay this gets weirder. My data location was in D drive (rather than the default C > Documents etc) so I wondered if maybe that was somehow causing an issue. 

 

So I changed my data location to the default Documents > SI > FM folder, copied only the logos in to there, yet after reloading skin/clearing cache etc it is still exactly the same - i.e. somehow the same DF11 faces as before are pulling through even though the facepack is in D drive not in C > Documents??
