Serie D active but not testing

Hi all,

I am a relative newcomer to advanced editing.

I was trying to make Italian Serie D playable. I set up everything, obviously marked Serie D as active, with all divisions and promotions / relegations and rules hopefully set up correctly.

 

However, if I run a test - say:

I have this outcome:

 

No Serie D season is simulated.

I should add that if I go under the drop-down menu "rules" on the top, and then "Test rules", Serie D does not appear on that list, either...

Am I missing something? Do I have to "load" my new Serie D somehow?
