I have an idea regarding South America and CONMEBOL; yet I don't quite know how to set everything up so I'm glad sharing my ideas with someone that has some proper knowledge about club continental rules. The basic idea is to shorten the amout of teams qualifying towards Libertadores and Sudamericana so it could have more pairiety along South American countries. Also, there must be a revival towards Merconorte and Mercosur. All in all, as UEFA has, CONMEBOL would have a three-tier club competition system where all 10 countries send teams towards.
