When you click on scout player...

... does the Chief Scout assign the job to the scout you already have on assignment in the country the player is based in?

To be clear, I mean the automatic Scout Player button that appears in player profile (in my skin at least). Not going through the menu and selecting scouting pool, although that would be good to know too.

Plus, I have not delegated assignments to my Chief Scout. I control them.

I think it used to on FM20, but it doesn't on 22. I've checked it and made a feature request, though I don't have a clue if that's actually relevant for the assignments.
