mikelfc8 Posted July 15, 2022 Share Posted July 15, 2022 Could we have a post match screen a day or so after every game with performance info and Praise/Criticise buttons for each player? It could take the form of a Match Review training meeting and give us a chance to address discipline issues and mistakes from the previous game, as well as develop player relationships and morale with the praise and criticise functions. It would also help to avoid having to go through the various right-click menus to get there. The idea could be expanded with feedback and data from the performance analysts about what worked and failed in the last match, together with minsight into how the opposition exploited any tactical issues or weaknesses in our system.
