Changing the nationwide contract expiry date/month

I want to change the month at which contracts expire in my nation. I want to change it from January 31 to December 31.

I've downloaded a database that adds the Swedish lower leagues but I noticed that for some reason the date at which contracts normally expires in game has been changed from the vanilla and IRL date of Dec 31 to Jan 31. So is it possible to change the contract expiry date?

It is. It can be done in the advanced rules. You need to add nation rules, use add cup or lower level division, then convert to advanced rules.

Under the nation section you have a transfer tab. There should be the date that contracts expire and you can change it.
