424 better defence?

Chose 424 formation for a change. Expected issue is poor defence. First half of new season I started to play with lower loe:

 

As before, my team is one of the best in scoring. And still one of the worst in conceded goals:

 

Could you recommend me something for better defense in this tactic?

It's a very attacking formation so is naturally going to concede, to change it you might score less 

You could try a split press? Just have your "front 4" do the pressing and leave the rest of the team on default, you might concede less but then you might score less too

If you're forcing the opposition wide, is your defense dealing with the crosses and diagonal balls from wide?

I had to use it. At default opponents passed through center too easily.

I meant as in PI's, set the team pressing to default then up it on the wingers and strikers

Does it make any sence to switch CMs to BWM(d) - DLP(s) according this issue?

I think it's fine how you're set up 

You're 3rd and doing great, I wouldn't try too much at once to be honest

If you have to fight a tough midfielder in an offensive tactic. So I think there will be a tougher midfielder with BBM and BWM. If your team has a player with high technical capacity, you can also try it with Carrilero and BWM. Finally you can try pure 4-4-2 with 4 midfielder.
