Intercontinental Friendly Tournament

Hi there, 

Just wondering if anyone can help me create a friendly tournament which will repeat every season, much like the Amsterdam tournament, and the Emirates cup Arsenal hosted for a few seasons. 
 

I am only really (slightly) knowledgeable in the basic rules, and I would perhaps imagine this requires some advanced rules, as this would mean intercontinental set up. 

I Just basically want to have the same 4 teams competing in the tournament at the start of every season, where the host nation (club) will rotate each year, so Team 1 hosts the first year where all matches played at their stadium, Team 2 the following year and so on. 

Would really appreciate the assistance.

Check the ErikEagles [FM22] Pre Season Tournament`s thread in the download section. He has done a bunch of them.

If you can't find what you want, at least you will have some examples to look at for your own version.
