Anyhow I was recommended this staff member who is a General Manager (USA Director of Football) however wanted to be our Chief Scout which by his ratings I am ok with hiring. However he has no countries listed as under scouting knowledge. After scouting people over time will there be counties show up under knowledge? marioNOW Posted April 4, 2022 Share Posted April 4, 2022 From my experience it is a bug that was never confirmed to be fixed (was in FM21 amd FM22 as well). In these staff members who had zero country knowledged (not even their nationality) no matter what I did, they did not gain any nation scouting knowledge over time. They can be good individual player scouts though. Just don't send them on assignment as it is a waste of club money. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
