Stop players complaining about end of season things before the Champions League finals.

Half the team is usually coming up to me to complain about end of season stuff like going to loan or wanting to explore new challenges before a Champions League finals. Promises are also scheduled to expire after the league campaign ends. This usually results in unhappy players just before the biggest match of their career. Immersion breaking that players take very small things up to the manager and are unhappy for the final. 

The deadline for promises should be extended to the last competitive match your team is playing for the season, much like end of season highlights.
