When creating a competition in Advanced Rules, should the number in 'List > European Cup > Fixture Times and Rules > Fixture Rules' correspond to the rule number given in 'List > Europe > Continent > Fixture Rules > Rule x (eg 0,1,2 etc) ? When looking at some created files from other people on previous versions I see this figure is -1. Why would that be case?

In the fixture index you can also name the specific competition. In that case there is already a link between rule and competition. I am not sure if I am correct in saying the -1 means ''default' and with the competition being named in the fixture it works as well.
