Both scouting reports say they will probably fail to gain a work permit. I have noticed this more now. My question is, if I sign them anyway, can they play for my under 18s? Or can I loan them out to play somewhere and they will eventually gain the permit? Or is it a waste to sign them now? I was trying to get some younger players who could become homegrown for my club eventually. Any help/advice is appreciated. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

FrazT Posted January 1, 2022 Share Posted January 1, 2022 Without a WP they are not allowed to work in the UK, As to whether they will ever get a WP that is unsure as it will depend on how well they develop in the future.
