It's come to the point where my favourite and best player in any FM or CM game has decided to hang up his boots and i wanted to share his career and have a permanent record of his achievements for me to look at in the future.

I signed this fresh-faced guy for a cool £13.25m release clause in around my 3rd season in the Prem.

I started him as a DLP on support, but didn't feel I was getting the best out of him, so changed my formation from a 3-1-4-2 to a 3-4-1-2 pushing up into an AM (A) role and he just took off.

It was getting to the point it felt like he was getting a goal and/or an assist almost every game;

His highest goal tally in one season was 43, while his highest assist was 50.

The older he got, he would still regularly be my highest average player over the season culminating in his final and at the age of 36, in a quintuple winning team, he was STILL my highest average rated player over a season;

These are his final attributes;

Can't run anymore, but his mentals are still unreal and his physicals still have the high ones where it matters. 13 goals and 16 assists in 27 games at 37 years old.

His total appearances, goals, assists and MoMs for each competition & total are as follows;

Over 1000 goal contributions in 900 games and a man of the match every 3rd. His competition wins and personal awards are just unreal too;

Ah sorry mate, just found them on the main page but they are the same colour as the background so missed it.

Please feel free to move to the correct area of the forum, I thought the Stories bit was best for this.

Up to you where it's moved to Grifty. Have a look around the forums for where it suits best, but just make sure it falls within their own particular set of guidelines as each sub-section will have their own house rules. Then let us know, and we'll sort out moving it if that's possible.

How about Good Player and Team Guide? I'll amend the thread title so it's a bit clearer what the thread is about.
