RodNeves Posted May 29, 2021 Share Posted May 29, 2021 (edited) Hi. It would be cool if we can recreate the Cup Winner's Cup but have the actual domestic cup winners compete in the tournament. Currently, if the cup winner is already in the Champions League or the Europa League, the spot in the Cup Winner's Cup goes to the next best placed team in the league. The competition is basically seen as a 'third european competition' after the UCL and the UEL, and it shouldn't work like that. Thanks! The rule that the next best team in the league gets the cup winners position is one from UEFA and in fact correctly implemented in the game.
