Scout assignments

Are my scouts' assignments directly related to my Recruitment Package (database)? Or can my scouts search in any country even if I don't use the World Recruitment Package?

Scouting assignments are not directly tied to your recruitment package. Recruitment packages help you to increase the number of players in the player search table and also gain a small amount of knowledge of them. Scouts will still find players on assignments even if you have no recruitment package.
