Teams that aren't good financially/are in debt or various other reasons wouldn't get a license and would be relegated a division(or even lower), and then either a team would be spared from relegation or a team from the lower league would be promoted (assuming of course that they would receive a license). MasterKano Posted April 15, 2021 Share Posted April 15, 2021 I'm not sure because I rarely play as any team other than Arsenal, But in England I'm sure this is already in action.... you get an email at the end of each season notifying you of you "unconditional License" along with your other financial emails.
