needs more info in game tactic screen bug (Xbox Series S)

I'm doing an online save with a few of my mates, this is the 3rd save it's happened on now. 

it doesn't happen every time, but it's random, happens to anyone in the save.

if you go to your tactics page in game, (paused or not) and try to make a sub, or change formation or tactic, it bugs out, doesn't let me confirm or cancel the change, and doesn't let me off the tactics page until the game has finished, resulting in the persons team tired and not being able to make any changes.

the games have 8-10 leagues, and it's in the first season. 

if two people are vs each other and it happens, if the other person goes on tactic screen it happens to them also. literally cannot confirm or cancel sub, game carries on until game finishes.

Hi there @mcguire9019, can  you confirm whether this occurs if say for example a player gets sent off or is injured? Any extra information would be great for us to try and reproduce this issue. Thanks.
