needs more info Online save with friend tactics selection issue

I started a save with a friend online managing in the vanarma north, we got about 2/3rds of the way through the season... and the ability for him to select bench players from the tactics screen changed where it wasnt showing all his avalible options and instead just a handful but he could see them in his squad and change it that way but obviously that time consuming and faffy.

We have not come across this issue internally, would it be possible to provide us with some additional info in order for us to reproduce this internally. 

- Can you confirm who is the host of the online career, and if there are any additional players. 

- Is this issue only affecting the one person on this save.

- What teams are you managing/what leagues have you loaded.

- What date did this change occur? I also note that the Role and Role Ability is blank in the attached screenshot, was this always the case or did this disappear along with being able to select all suitable alternatives in the tactics screen?

- Can you confirm what platforms you are both on?
