  1. Hi @Weuu, thank you for your post on this issue. We have been unable to reproduce this internally so far, would it be possible to provide a little more info? Is this also affecting the tactics screen or just the team selection screen? Are you able to make changes to the team with this issue present? Can you recall anything triggering it, any sequence we can follow to help us repro it? Have you deleted the Save data from the console (You can do this via the Manage Game and Add-Ons option on console, more info can be provided if required)? Please note this doesn't delete save games from the cloud, just the local data being stored on the console. Any info you can provide would be appreciated, in the meantime we will continue to try reproduce internally. Thanks again.
  2. Hi @alex.mcnally05, thanks for your post. International management is not available when starting a new career unless you have either purchased or unlocked the International management Store item. This can be unlocked by winning an international competition in an existing save, once you have done this the option to start a new game as manager of a nation will be available. If you have unlocked this store item and are still unable to start a career in charge of a particular nation then we would consider that to be an issue and will investigate further.   4. Hey @DuckPhantom, thank you for your post. Are you able to clarify whether the tooltip is not appearing when hovering over the heart icon, or whether there is an issue with the icon itself. If you are able to attach a screenshot clearly showing the issue as well it would be appreciated. Thanks again.
  5. Hi @mikeboyd, thanks for your post. Unfortunately it is hard to advise without any additional information or screenshots. If you could provide further details on your current finances and the finances of the proposed deal, ideally by attaching some screenshots. Also would it be possible to advise what platform you are playing on and whether you have access to a Windows 10 machine as we may need to request a copy of your save file as part of the investigation.
  6. Hi both, thank you for your post on this issue. We have been unable to reproduce this issue internally, the Assistant is using the current tactics and squad when ensuring the tickboxes for both are selected. We have also tried ensuring the formation used for current tactics is different to the preferred formation shown on the managers profile. Are you able to provide any additional information that may help us reproduce, such as the club you are currently managing, in game date, how many Tactic pre-sets you have, is the Assistant Manager the original AM or a new appointment, Is this in a regular or online career. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Hey @Helge1616, thank you for your post. As you may have possibly guessed the game plans are there for when Instant Result is selected. You are able to edit them via the Match Plans tab in Tactics, but they are only for use when Instant Result is chosen. Hope this info helps.
  8. Hi @KevH, the store issue was a Microsoft issue, however looking at their service this should now be working (this info can be found here https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status). Appreciate that this is frustrating for yourself. Have you got a screenshot of the error message you were receiving while trying to download the game from the Microsoft store?
  9. Hey @Ballio2007, thanks for your post. In order to turn this off in your current save, you will need to open the store via the FM Menu, then select wallet, this should show a list of available items and you should have a button to remove the applied item from the current save. If this doesn't work then please let us know and we will investigate further. Thanks again for your post.
  10. Hi @Rruggug, thank you for your post. There is currently no option to edit the manager face, only height, weight, skin colour, hair style and colour and clothing options on the Xbox Edition. Hope this info helps.

  14. Hi @KevH, thank you for your post. Unfortunately this issue is still being investigated and there currently isn't a way to recover corrupted or lost save games, the more save files from users who have experienced the issue the better from our point of view. The only way to do that is by the instructions you would have been given, there were issues with some of Microsoft's services earlier in the week, the store being one of them which may explain the issues you had downloading the Windows Xbox Edition. We would recommend that you try again and if you're still unable to download the Windows Xbox Edition then let us know. Thanks again for posting.

  16. Hi @Chris Evans93, unfortunately I can't provide an estimated date as this is still being investigated by the team and it is proving to be a difficult issue to resolve. As soon as we are in a position to share any more information regarding dates etc, we will do however it just isn't possible at this stage.   17. Hi @Hunterlufc, for the Xbox and FMT versions this is how it works for the most part. Loaded leagues will see higher number of intake than non loaded leagues. We would only consider this an issue if the number of players in these teams start to reduce below the normal level due to a lack of newgens. If you see any examples of this and have evidence you could supply then we will look investigate. Thanks for your post.

  20. Hi @danterry1411, the update has fixed an issue where the game was crashing. Regarding the issue where saves become corrupted saves/users losing saves is still under review with our dev team.
