Will the tactics for pc work the same way on xbox one is it the same game engine/format

Same game/engine as PC, just can't transfer tactics, it's not possible to import them into the Microsoft Store version of FM Xbox on PC so can't get downloaded tactics into the game unless you find a screenshot that shows all the information.

For example, if you look on FM Base at their tactics section, when a screenshot is shared of the tactics screen you should be able to see the player roles and on the left of the tactics screen the playing style and team instructions. Each of the three areas of team instruction lists the selected instructions, just not always in the same wording as the instruction screen so may take some figuring out but it is possible to copy a tactic to this version just by looking at screenshots, should take no more than 5mins

Pc tactics dont work well most tactics run a high/high line and you get slaughterd when using them. Ive tried a few with instructions and just lost went with my own finished 3rd with wolves first season.
