Enganche Role and Academia Fenerbahce

Hello to everyone. I want to take advantage of your tactical approach. I am trying to formulate tactics on a new role in the game. The role of enganche on Maradona's death (RIP) caught my attention. I am currently making a career with Fenerbahce. One of the three big clubs in Turkey. They have been hungry for success for a long time. And this year they have pretty good staff. I am trying to create an academy here. I am trying to play young Turkish football players in a system. There are two valuable young players in the club. And a few other young players.

I don't think these two players are very good. Maybe they can work in rotation. Or mentoring can work.

Ferdi's age seems to be late for improvement but I will try to use.

I'm trying to build the system on this player. He's really mentally and technically very good. Maybe in the future he can play in a big club in Europe.

Enganche Tactic

 

 

Finally, the enganche tactic I've seen at Byline in the past. teams are playing football in Turkey counterattack. When the bus is parked, I cannot open it and the opponent team scores a goal from the counter attack. and the result is losing 1-0.

How do you think I can improve this tactic and form a team that includes Ömer Beyaz, who was educated at the academy?

I like what you're after with your that and wish you luck. 

As for advice, the false 9 and complete forward are both players looking to drop deep into space, which is a little contrary to your enganche. I would change them and likely not much else. Maybe try a pressing forward on attack on the right and an advanced forward on the left. They, along with the central mid on attack will be your attacking threats and runners for the enganche.

I wouldn't add an instructions to thembwhen first starting out. After watching if there's something you are seeing that they aren't doing then you can tweak.

I feel like the focus play through the middle instruction might be a bit much. It forces your players to move more to the middle in an already narrow formation. That can still work, but you would need very technically gifted players to outpass your opposition in such tight spaces.

I think the instruction will move your players to close to the Enganche and he really works best when players give him space and are making runs around him, so he can ping spectacular passes to them

Thank you. I added a few player instructions but didn't get much results. But I have a new plan.

You are right. I am currently agreeing with you. My players could not open the bus parked teams because of this. Recently I was overloading and Winning but the xg score and the game did not satisfy me. So I turned to a different game centered on enganche.

 

 

1. SEASON 

Season one has ended. And we are champions. With a big difference. We were thought to be 5th in the pre-season. However, we surprised everyone.

We became champions but there was something I overlooked. The club had a huge debt. This meant that I could not make a transfer in the new season. Maybe I can do something after the player sale.
