In Game Editor Full game

I'm thinking of using the ingame editor for maybe some attributes I don't agree with I'm just wondering does it work for every save game or do you have to keep changing after starting a new save?

ingame editor (or the one you have to pay for), then it needs to be done with every individual save (so each one has to be changed)
this also allows you to adjust other stuff (oh hey, 11 Messi reincarnate?)

 

pre-game editor, you can just adjust the DB however you want, and that works for every save (this is essentially a master update, and you select the DB before you start the save)
but this also allows you to be more creative (create a whole new country? done)

You can edit the player attributes using the IGE and the export the changes, you can then import them onto a new save every time. Though it is less efficient than using the pre game editor.
