Am i overspending my wage budget or not need help if i can sign players or not

So im currently in my second season in top tier in sweden and i have rescived around 4-5m to spend but when i look at my wage budget im unsure if i should spend since i dont have mutch income not sure if i should wait another season or not 

Im only commited to spend 15,187 punds 

Im currently spending 15,575  pounds 

My board also want me to somehow generate 7m from transfer but they dont care i generated that money by playing in europe league 2  ????

Your wage/transfer budget could also get reduced after a season.

You have about 50k in wages, if you have a player who can improve you and get much better results, I'd go for it, that means more competition money, which will offset your spends.
