Add a history section where you can set the old name and a start and end date. For example: Amsterdam ArenA start date 14/08/1996 end date 30/06/2018 Johan Cruijff ArenA start date 01/07/2018 end date NA With this you can create nostalgic messages ingame. I's today10 years ago that [name of managed club] won [trophy] in [stadium name]. This also comes in handy when clubs sell their stadiumname every couple years to sponsors.
