rvdwannabe
Since I'm not 100% sure how all the various activation components work with the new FM 09, can you actually install and play a second hand copy of the game, or must it be a new copy? Just asking, as my local CEX already has copies, and I have a credit note, but don't want to buy a copy that I won't be able to play. Thanks
davehanson
Its not stricky legal tbh. But, as long as it has activations left on it, yes you can. However, you won't know for sure that it has activations on it until you buy it. As long as you can take it back if it doesn't work you will be ok. But tbh with you, how much is it in there? You can get it for £25 off the net brand new.
rvdwannabe
I might as well just wait to pick it up first hand then. You can take stuff back, but you just get a credit note back, so doesn't seem worth it. Thanks for the help.
HarrowFC
You can install one copy of FM09 onto 5 different computers with the same activation key. Hopefully that answers your question.

Its ok, I don't socialise either >_> But it was more as a way of getting it before I get paid next Wednesday. Typical, wasn't even going to buy this version, played the demo, and I got sucked back in. Might have to look to see if there are any good deals....think the cheapest I saw it for was 27.99. Mike.K
There's a deactivation link which is soon to be announced apparently. Means if your hard drive crashes/you get a 2nd hand game you can deactivate the old copies of the game, info here: http://fm09.kimz-world.com/
GavinZac
If the person who sold it second hand uninstalled it, it's essentially yours. In fact, you should be able to un-register their PC online, I think I read?
