[Suggestion] Training / Youth Facilities Projects

When having the option to increase Training, Youth or both of the above facilities, we (the manager) are able to have a say in the scale a level of improvement, as opposed to the 0.5* rating incremental improvement that is currently prescribed in-game.

For example, a cash windfall from a player sale, cup run, or take-over may currently prompt the player to request improved facilities from the board. Based on the club's balance at the time (or projected end of season balance) the board could offer a range of facilities improvements: a) standard 0.5* rating increase b) a multi * rating increase c) increase to maximum 5* rating. These options would be displayed to us (the manager) and vary in cost of the project and time to completion, a recommendation could then be passed over to the board.

The current system feels a bit too lethargic and the club suffers as a result (squad progression, player recruitment), and there are increasing examples of clubs using cash windfalls to significantly invest in creating or upgrading training grounds complexes in one event, as opposed to yearly upgrades.

Or alternatively the board could just choose to make a large improvement to the relevant facilities, depending on the cash available. Perhaps there could be a question to the manager as there currently is for when they decide to increase spending in one area or another. Something along the lines of "We're considering building a new *superb* youth training facility. What do you think?" "Yes that sounds great!" "I think we could spend the money better elsewhere".

Really like this idea. Gives you more autonomy as manager. Discussions with board could be along the lines of 'spend £x million on upgrading youth facilities/recruitment by 0.5-5* and reduce transfer budget by £y million.' With several options to get the right balance for your team in relation to clue vision/reputation/division etc.
