[Suggestion] Pin submenus to sidebar/more menus on sidebar for larger screens

U19/U23/B-teams/etc are no longer on the sidebar, they're buried in the development centre submenu, because (as was explained by Seb in the feedback thread) there's not enough room in the minimum resolution for the junior teams.

But why does this have to be the case for larger resolution screens as well? There's half of the sidebar left empty on a 1440p monitor, it would be nice to either have the sidebar adapt to the screen resolution (similar to how on a larger screen there are more tabs/widgets on the player profile screen), or be able to pin the submenu text to the sidebar so that the junior teams aren't buried under extra clicks anymore.
