If you look at real life then those coaches only work with a specific team, so no exchange or double allocation would be possible ... We should only be able to allocate a coach for training to the team for which he was hired to ... However what would also be a great addition is that you shouldn't have that many problems by "promoting" a coach from the U19 squad to the U23 squad in case the head coach there leaves ... So the contract would be with the club, instead of a specific team of that club ... Look at the example that I know very well : Bruno Lage was promoted from Benfica B to the main squad ... The U19 coach took over the responibility of the B squad and such ... If you know want to renew the contract with Renato Paiva ( the current B squad manager ) it's almost impossible ... So just "role" contracts with the club instead of contracts for a job with a specific team within the club This would also make it a lot easier to have a thoroguh financial follow up of the monthly costs of the coaching staff Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
