(Suggestion) Seperate out nationality from national eligibility

With so many players now seeming to be eligible for many countries, i think it would make sense to have both nationalities (of which some players have several) and national eligibility.

Nationalities - these would indicate where a player is primarily from and obviously whether a player counts as foreign or not in a league or needs a WP.

National eligibility - These would indicate which nations a player could represent, both those generated at inception (representing parents and grandparents) and any nationalities they have or acquire during their career.
