Colonel Getafe Posted December 27, 2018 Share Posted December 27, 2018 Playing an Arsenal save, want to sign Rui Faria as a fitness coach (19 fit, 17 20 18 DDM) but he'll only accept a contract as as general coach. Is there some reason why a proper "fitness coach" with lesser stats would be a better hire than someone with better stats but not a specialized person? or should specialized coaches always be the top choice no matter what? cheers.
