Vänsterback Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Managing in semi-professional or amateur clubs would be much more realistic if it was up to the manager to decide how many training sessions the squad should take part in during a week. The manager should naturally also be able to decide which days these sessions should be scheduled. I don't think this would be too complicated to bring in to the new training module in FM.
