Suggestion: Bring in my own Backroom Staff & relegated teams need to sell Star players

hey all

My suggestion :

is at the start of the game when your choosing a team , you have a option to bring in my own backroom staff , where you get the choose from the staff database Assistant manager etc based on club reputation

second suggestion is :

Relegated teams will sell star players to top flight clubs to balance the books and wage bill in conjuntion with DOF/Chairman
