We're sacked but with our heads up because we're starting to regain some of our form, especially defensively. Ex-Marseille manager Michel makes it to Betis. Very relieved Edenlison is back just in time for the actual crucial match against L'Hospitalet for mulitple reasons as you can see. Now we're really out I think. So sad we had to concede two goals this way... Goodbye Eldense We can be proud though. Taking the very worst of the worst of Spain and making them slightly competent is something i'm not dissatisfied with. Now, i'll still do weekly updates with all the sackings and Eldense's results. I'll apply for everything that comes up from clubs that are near or in safety and don't have too many money issues. I hope you'll stick around in these tough times! As you can see I did apply for Boiro because they seem to be able to stay up this season, and they have okay finances. Not complaining. Think i'm gonna apply for Mutilvera as well though, just for funsies. Suprisingly a lot of ex-Granada managers seem to get jobs in La Liga. Well **** Doesn't hurt to try...? They actually won their last match so they are pretty safe with 8 matches to go, as long as I don't mess up too much. There's no purpose anymore. Club info: Much more breathing space than with Eldense, delighted with that. League table: Apparently the board want us in top half even though they did not specify that before. Oh well, just one point and we're there already. Just the one point for safety neccesary as well. Squad: I'm alright with this. We could do with improvement in many positions but we're neatly into the wage budget and the current squad is good enough for the midfield, so we should definetly see this season out and hope for 10th place. He got sacked after a 4-1 pummeling by Real, Again, seems logical because they too are in a relegation battle. Ouch. 11th vs. 12th was not the best match for us out there. Our formation seems to be lacklustre, because besides the 2 recent wins the second half of the season we've mostly been struggling. Eldense Watch: This dude has next to no reputation. Oh well, we'll see how this goes. Oh of course, with zero change in formation now they start to peform. Nice way to let me down lads... Seems like they truly are match fixers. I may fail numerous times doing this, but once something gets going, oh man this is gonna be a hell of a time. I'll alternate betwen this and the Micronesia Watch safe whenever I feel like it, so one might be inactive for a while. 2017 - Week 14 Couldn't help but let out a chuckle. I for some reason could not make an image in the actual match interface, but does it matter? Solid result over here. One more win should surely secure our place for next season, and if I get one next time it also has the addition of the possibillity of reaching top half. 6 to go. The other team that offered me a contract are now out of the playable roster of teams with 5 matches to go. Whoops. Worse than the deal we had with Alaves last time out with Eldense, but ehhh, it's alright. They're in the playoff spots and we can loan in some talented chaps, so I can't complain too much. Quite unlucky not to win there, but ah well, it's quite clear we have enough quality to be safe from relegation and still have a shout at a top half finish. We're clearly not popular with the audience though, just 187 home fans at the third tier, yikes. Two more relegations. One of them is from the competition I used to manage in. This is mildly suprising, Alcoyano weren't in too hot of a form at the winter break. 4 months later, they're top. Madness. Hardly dissapointed in the loss against Santander for this exact reason. For some reason there wasn't any news on that Albacete and Fuenlabrada already secured their spot in the B2. One look into the match report should say enough about how crazy this match was. Two missed penalties, an own goal and a red card helped us out, although we did score one goal on our own. Back into the fight for 10th again. We're safe! My first true accomplishment as a manager on the game I think. Really not neccesary to go into detail here. Huh. Eldense Watch: Hard luck. Sigh. Why does Espanyol have to be so weak. I'll just put out reports every half a year, that'd be enough. The top half is now impossible to get into, but a solid win regardless.
