Fosse Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 It's only one game so I wouldn't rush in to making too many decisions however I think Kranevitter should be on a defend duty from the beginning, probably an an anchorman because the closing down is set to less by default (IIRC) and there's players ahead of him so it makes for him to be deeper to cover for the defence. Something else you might want to consider is changing to a structured or highly structured team shape (which reduces creative freedom so you may have to use the be more expressive TI) so your players have more vertical space between them because your formation is very compact centrally.
