Green skin colour on FM17

Hi all,

This years edition of FM has a base skin colour of green, which I'm struggling to read off. My question is, is there any way to change this green colour simply, carte-blanche, across the whole game? Or is it a case of editing every screen?

For example, if I could swap the green for a dark grey or black, it would be much easier to read off.

I know theres a Dark Skin, but I like the background pictures showing through.

You should be able to replace most of the green by downloading the base skin and then in the settings\settings.xml file locate all of the teal colours and replace them with the colour of your choice and that should hopefully change most if not all of them.

Alternatively if you only want the background changes, download the dark base skin and follow the instructions in that thread to enable background changes.

Thanks, just had a play around, swapping "teal" for "blue grey" with the settings.xml file, works perfectly...

 

Much easier for me to read off they dark grey, than the teal green. Thanks!
