ExeChris Posted May 12, 2016 Share Posted May 12, 2016 I recently joined Middlesbro and in taking the job apparently promised not to make any changes to my back room staff. Unfortunately, 6 months down the line, my Asst Manager has joined another club as manager, a coach has retired and a scout been poached and I am not allowed to replace them as I made this promise!
