training and attributes change

I am finding that someone of my players have almost all attibutes are dropping (the red arrow down next to all attributes)

The most recent one is Berardi, every attribute is showing as down.

I have him training as a complete CF.

coach workloads are light and all areas are covered by 4 star coaches.

Is this normal? or have I got a problem

It can be normal and unless the attributes have actually dropped it isn't an issue. An arrow doesn't necessarily mean the attribute has become worse visibly it's because under the hood the attribute range is 1-200 not the 1-20 we see on a profile. So it can an indication of it slightly changing underneath the game but the player will still look the same. It can also be an indication that the player has reached his maximum potential and then if he sees a single attribute rise then this has to come at the cost of his other attributes so it might take a little bit off every other attribute to compensate.

Both players you mention don't really have much PA to play around with so I'd say it was more a case of reaching potential than anything else.
