vishers Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 Hi, just started a new game on 16.1 and got a job in the Belgian 3rd division. In an 18 team league, the rules state the bottom 12 get relegated - ie from 7th downwards!! Hoping someone with more intimate knowledge of the Belgium lower leagues can confirm this is true! bestbrother Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 OK a quick Wiki search brings up this Due to restructuring, the Third Division will play as a single league of 16 clubs from the 2016–17 season. It appears there are 2 divisions? vishers Posted November 10, 2015 Author Share Posted November 10, 2015 I think you do. Board would be happy with a mid-table finish so I could give them that and still lose my job! From what I can work out, the top 2 get promoted, 3rd to 6th enter into a playoff and everyone else gets relegated. Think they should introduce something like that into the premier league...!
