Oli987 Posted January 20, 2015 Share Posted January 20, 2015 Here's the scenario - It's the second leg of a playoff semifinal and I'm 2-0 up on aggregate. One of my players picks up a knock early on and his condition goes down to about 50%. Naturally I sub him to try and maximise the chance that he's fit for the final. After the game, which I won 1-0, it says he's out for 4-5 weeks but he still asks to speak to me about being subbed. It gave me 7 options, most of which were tactical, but NOTHING that referenced the fact he was inured. In the end I went for "I decided to take you off because you were looking tired and we needed fresh legs on the pitch." Naturally he's still not happy and the conversation ends with him saying something like "I don't think I can work with you anymore." Luckily I saved before the chat cause I knew something stupid would happen and just apologised second time around, but this is ridiculous on so many levels!
