Buffalo12 Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Is there a way to let your staff go without having to pay the full (mutual) termination price. Now it looks like the have life long contracts. Even when their contracts end you're still stuck with them, have to pay there ridiculous high wage and if you want to terminate you still need to pay the same as at the start of their contract. When playing with a lower club, you can't really afford to pay the release fee. Is this a bug or am I just missing something? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
