The function in the editor seems straight forward, but it doesn't work as expected. Setting any amount there by itself doesn't do anything. Setting the "Percentage of initial tv money paid at start" in the Competition settings also doesn't do a thing. If I run a test in the editor and check the TV/Prize money for a team, they do have an entry for receiving initial TV money, but it's always 0. Has anybody worked this out? I noticed the type of TV set in the stage settings makes a difference, but that's for money paid per game, not the money upfront that I want to set.
