Jordann Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 I normally search for staff attributes specifics and sign them even if it's not there job, for example, I need a fitness coach the best available is a scout (not so good at scouting) that has 18 or so for fitness. I ask the board to fund a course and they say they agree but the coach doesn't have enough interest, is it possible for them to eventually become more interested and eventually do the course?
